The daily processing capacity of natural gas is 2.32 million cubic meters, which is equivalent to the processing capacity of the original two imported 1490 compressor units. .
The unit was independently developed and developed by the Chengdu Compressor Plant of China Petroleum Group Jichai Power Plant, and has obtained 9 national patent authorizations. The designed power of the unit is 3500 kW, and the output power of the engine is 3360 kW. It is a high-speed reciprocating piston compressor unit with independent intellectual property rights and higher power in China. It fills the domestic gap and can be widely used in gas gathering and exporting, gas storage gas injection. Gas production, refining, oil and gas processing, to achieve domestic substitution of imports. The successful development of RTY3360 compressor unit is of great significance to promoting the localization process of major oil and gas equipment of the group company and realizing the increase of oil and gas reserves and production.
According to the overall deployment of the group company to effectively develop equipment manufacturing business and promote the localization of major oil and gas equipment, the development of RTY3360 compressor was included in the major scientific and technological projects of Southwest Oil and Gas Field in 2009. On May 18 of that year, the compressor host was put into trial production in Chengdu Compressor Factory. At present, the Chengdu Compressor Factory of Jichai Power Plant is focusing on the development of high-power compressors of 6,000 kW and other series.
