The vacuum-making equipment continuously extracts the gas in the container or equipment, so that the gas inside the container or equipment becomes thinner and thinner, resulting in a vacuum. When a liquid is vaporized inside a container or equipment, the degree of vacuum, vaporization speed and heating speed are a set of dynamic equilibrium relationships, which restrict each other and complement each other. There are currently 5 types of vacuum equipment commonly used. They are piston vacuum unit, dry vacuum pump, screw vacuum pump, roots vacuum pump and slide valve vacuum pump.
The concept of vacuum state: the vacuum is relative to 1 standard atmospheric pressure, and what is lower than 1 standard atmospheric pressure is called vacuum, which is how much lower the value is relative to 1 standard atmospheric pressure. Usually we are used to call it vacuum degree -98KPa vacuum degree 0.098MPa, gauge pressure -98KPa. Absolute pressure, the pressure of the system relative to the pressure of a complete vacuum. The relationship with vacuum is absolute pressure=1atm-vacuum degree.
Maintenance of the vacuum pump The vacuum level is low in the evacuation container or inside the equipment, and the treatment procedure is carried out.
1.Check that all vents are closed and all valves are closed.
2. Check the sealing condition of all sealing ports.
3. Check whether the water temperature is too high or whether the cooling water is turned on.
4. Check whether the lubricating oil of the spool valve pump is clean and the oil level is normal. Check if the equipment needs maintenance and servicing. There is material inside the container or equipment, and the vacuum level is getting lower and lower.
①Check whether the vent valve is completely closed.
②Check whether the sealing surface is well sealed.
③The water temperature or lubricating oil becomes very dirty.
④The amount of vaporization is too large, resulting in a decrease in vacuum degree. There are other systems using this system's vacuum. In winter, when the temperature is lower than 5°C, it is necessary to arrange to drain the water inside the equipment body that is not in use to prevent the water from condensing into solid ice and damaging the body.
