The noise control of the oil-free silent air compressor mainly adopts three aspects: the muffler, the muffler tunnel and the sound insulation technology:
1. Install the muffler of the oil-free silent air compressor:
The main noise sources are the intake and exhaust ports, and appropriate intake and exhaust mufflers should be selected. The spectrum of the intake noise of the oil-free silent air compressor is low-frequency, and the intake muffler should use a resistant structure or an impedance composite structure based on individual and resistance. The exhaust air pressure of the oil-free silent air compressor is large and the air velocity is high. A small-hole muffler should be used at the exhaust port of the oil-free silent air compressor.
2. Set up the silencer tunnel for the oil-free silent air compressor:
The underground or semi-underground tunnel of the anechoic tunnel, the tunnel wall is made of bricks with good sound absorption. Connect the intake pipe of the oil-free silent air compressor to the muffler tunnel, so that the air enters the oil-free silent air compressor through the muffler tunnel. The use of the muffler tunnel can greatly reduce the intake noise of the oil-free silent air compressor, and the service life is longer than that of ordinary mufflers.
3. Build a soundproof enclosure:
After the muffler is installed at the inlet and outlet of the oil-free silent air compressor or the sound-absorbing tunnel is set up, the airflow noise can be reduced to below 80db(a), but the mechanical noise and motor noise of the oil-free silent air compressor are still very high. Therefore, a sound insulation cover should also be installed on the unit of the oil-free silent air compressor. 4. Sound-absorbing body in the suspension space: In the Foshan Linggefeng oil-free silent air compressor station, the reverberation is very heavy in the tall and spacious factory building. If the sound-absorbing bodies are scattered and suspended on the ceiling of the factory building, the noise of the factory building can be reduced by 3-10db(a), and the reverberation time can be reduced by 5-10s.
