1. Conditions for including imported vacuum pump oil in the oil filter
a. Under normal conditions, different types of trademarks, different manufacturers, and old and new pump oils should be avoided as much as possible.
b. In the following cases, vacuum pump oil can be mixed:
(1) the original equipment still uses the same quality basic products from the same manufacturer, or high-quality pump oil mixed with low-quality pump oil;
(2) When it is necessary to adjust the physical and chemical properties, such as the viscosity of the pump oil, commodities with different trademarks of the same manufacturer can be mixed.
(3) For different types of pump oils, if it is known that two kinds of pump oils are mixed without additives, or one of them is without additives, or both oils have additives but do not react with each other, they can usually be mixed, but the quality will be reduced for high-quality pump oil. When the empty pump oil is exchanged with other components of the vacuum pump oil, the pump should be disassembled for complete cleaning. All parts included must be immersed in replacement oil to prevent contamination.
2.Oil change
Imported vacuum pump oil should try to prevent solvent, water vapor, and corrosive gases from being removed as much as possible. For example, after inhaling chemical gases and solvents, which affect the vacuum of pump oil pollution, it must be cleaned and replaced. When changing the oil, the used oil in the pump body should be drained. After pouring in the new oil, slowly turn the pump shaft, clean the pump cavity to drain the residual oil, repeat the cleaning several times, and replace the new oil after cleaning. When the pump is overhauled, all parts of the pump must be cleaned with solvent or detergent and dried. The refueling appliance must have special equipment and should not be a container pump that holds other oils or solvents.
