Air compressors are essential equipment in the industry because air compressors are general-purpose machinery and are widely used in various industries. With the development of air compressor technology, the application of air compressors has become more and more extensive. In addition to the more common industries such as glass, textile, electrical appliances, etc., there are many application industries that are not common to everyone. Unexpected!
1. Application of rocket technology
The air compressor belongs to the ground air supply system of the rocket launch. In order to ensure that the rocket will fly in a healthy and good state, it needs to undergo a detailed physical examination before launching. High-pressure nitrogen purges the entire interior of the rocket body to ensure that there is no foreign matter .
The new generation of launch vehicles uses low-temperature hydrogen-oxygen fuel. After the rocket is filled with fuel at the launch site, the temperature of the internal structure of the rocket is extremely low. It is necessary to continuously use a high-pressure oil-free compressor to provide a large flow of dry and pure high-pressure air to the cabin section. Carry out blowing operations to prevent condensation and water vapor from occurring.
2. 3D printing technology application
In the 3D printing process, the base chamber needs to be heated, the powder generated when purging the processing materials, and the dried and processed 3D products need to use an air compressor, especially for the production of precise human organ products. The quality of the source, the humidity and the temperature of the environment are extremely demanding.
3. Technical application in the military industry
The military industry, that is, the national defense industry, refers to the weapons and equipment-related industries involving scientific research, production, and supporting of weapons and equipment. In military applications, such as the packaging of explosives, the automatic control device of torpedoes, the automation equipment of ships, and oil drilling and production, air compressors are used to provide equipment purging, instrument gas, and power execution for their production processes.
4. Application of water plant technology
Usually, each region has a local water supply plant. In order to improve the water quality of the urban water supply, the local water plants have extremely high requirements for water treatment enhancement. The role of air compressors in the sewage treatment industry: In the process of sewage treatment in water plants, air compressors mainly provide pneumatic components, provide air sources for all pneumatic components, and at the same time aerate the bottom of the filter to make the inside of the filter fully agitated.
