Working principle of oil-free silent air compressor: oil-free silent air compressor is a miniature reciprocating piston compressor. When the motor uniaxially drives the crankshaft of the compressor to rotate, it is self-lubricating without adding any lubricant through the transmission of the connecting rod. Piston just does reciprocating motion. The working volume formed by the inner wall of the cylinder, the cylinder head and the top surface of the piston will change periodically.

 

When the piston of the piston compressor starts to move from the cylinder head, the working volume in the cylinder gradually increases → the gas enters the cylinder along the intake pipe and pushes the intake valve until the working volume reaches the maximum, and the intake air The valve is closed → when the piston of the piston compressor moves in the reverse direction, the working volume in the cylinder decreases and the gas pressure increases. When the pressure in the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve opens and the gas is discharged from the cylinder until the piston Movement to the limit position, the exhaust valve is closed. When the piston of the piston compressor moves in reverse again, the above process repeats itself.
That is: the crankshaft of the piston compressor rotates once, the piston reciprocates once, and the process of air intake, compression, and exhaust is successively realized in the cylinder, that is, a working cycle is completed. The structural design of single shaft and double cylinder makes the gas flow rate of the compressor twice that of single cylinder at a certain rated speed, and the vibration and noise control is well controlled.

 

The working principle of the whole machine: the motor runs, the air enters the compressor through the air filter, the compressor compresses the air, and the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the air flow pipe through the one-way valve, and the pointer of the pressure gauge rises to 8 Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8 Bar, the pressure switch will automatically close after sensing the pressure, and the motor will stop working. At the same time, the solenoid valve will exhaust the air pressure in the compressor head to 0. At this time, the pressure of the air switch is declared, the gas pressure in the gas storage tank is still 8 Bar, and the gas is exhausted through the ball valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the air storage tank drops to 5 Bar, the pressure switch is automatically turned on by induction, and the compressor starts working again.
