Overview

Controlled by a sensorless drive board, the All-in-one Air Compressor easily accommodates variable speed operation up to 6500 rpm for efficient performance. It also provides fast cooling and precise temperature management. Although its cooling capacity is not as great as that of a conventional scroll compressor, its extremely compact size and limited cooling capacity make it suitable for mobile and compact cooling systems. In addition, the cooling performance of the all-in-one air compressor is higher than that of a Peltier cooler.

2. Close the shut-off valve of the oil-free air compressor to the air supply system to prevent the compressed air from flowing back to the part being serviced. Never rely on the check valve to isolate the air supply system;

3. Open the manual oil-free air compressor bleeder valve to evacuate the pressure in the system and keep the bleeder valve open;

4. For water-cooled machines, turn off the oil-free air compressor water supply system and release the water line pressure;

5. Make sure the oil-free air compressor set is cooled to prevent burns and scalds;

6. Wipe off oil marks and water stains on the ground to prevent slipping.

7. Do not think that if the oil-free air compressor is shut down, you can carry out maintenance work because the automatic control system of the machine will start the compressor at any time;

8. Bad maintenance of oil-free air compressor not only affects the normal operation of the unit but also may affect the operator;
