Our hand-held vacuum pump with pressure gauge is a rotary vane vacuum pump. It is a unipolar rotary vane coupling structure. The rotary vane vacuum pump only needs air cooling and has an anti-return oil structure to prevent the pump oil from returning to the pumped system. Features:

1. This hand-held vacuum pump with pressure gauge is equipped with a vacuum negative pressure gauge. The vacuum display range is 0 to -30 inHg (0-1000 mbar). You can know the vacuum pressure at any time.

Installation steps: 

First, you lay the vacuum pump flat and open the sealing cap on the oil and gas trap; next, you add oil to more than half of the oil gauge; then you tighten the trap, and then unscrew the air inlet cap; you need to dock the equipment interface, and finally turn on the power switch to run. 

Precautions:

Rotary vane vacuum pumps should generally use vacuum pump oil that meets the requirements of the SH0528-92 standard. Vacuum pump oil with an ISOVG100 viscosity grade when the ambient temperature is 10℃~40℃. When the ambient temperature is between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius, use ISOVG32 viscosity vacuum pump oil. When the vacuum pump is running, it must be ensured that the oil level is at 1/2–4/5 of the height of the oil window. The oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently (weekly is recommended). If the oil level is too low, stop the pump and add suitable vacuum pump oil to fill it to 4/5 of the height of the oil window. If the oil is contaminated, the oil will turn black, emulsified and thickened, and the oil should be changed in time.
