What is the cause of the smoke in the screw air compressor filter?
When visiting an old customer recently, I found a problem. The phenomenon is as follows: A screw air compressor has been used for a long time, and I usually pay attention to the correct maintenance of the air compressor, but recently I found that the air compressor contains oil in the air, the lubricating oil adding cycle is shortened, and the filter smokes when there is no load. These points may cause the filter to smoke when the air compressor has no load.
1. The oil level is too high; check that the oil level is discharged between "H" and "L," neither too much nor too little.
2. The female plug of the restricting hole of the oil return pipe: remove and properly clean the female plug of the oil return pipe.
3. Low exhaust pressure: increase the exhaust pressure (adjust the pressure switch to the set value).
4. The oil-fine separator is damaged; replace it with a new oil-fine separator.
5. If the pressure maintenance valve spring becomes fatigued, replace the spring.
