Controlled by the one-way valves of the suction, intake, and exhaust ports. A one-way valve in the intake port only allows air to flow to the cylinder. The one-way valve in the exhaust port only allows air to flow out of the cylinder. In this way, the air will only enter through the intake hole and exit through the exhaust hole. Therefore, when a one-way valve is damaged, the air compressor will not be able to pump air, or the air will be pumped slowly and insufficiently. Generally, this situation is rare. Also, for example, the piston ring on the piston is broken, causing the air in the cylinder to leak from the cylinder wall and the piston, which will also cause an inability to pump air and insufficient air pumping.
During use, we must keep the air compressor well lubricated, and the intake air filter must be kept intact and effective. Keep the intake and exhaust passages clear.
