It is found that more than 80% of users do not or do not remember to do maintenance work during the use of air compressors!
In fact, this is very bad for the service life of the air compressor and the user's use effect;
1. Regular drainage
During the use of the air compressor, liquid water will accumulate in the air storage tank due to the compressed air;
If the drainage maintenance is not carried out for a long time, the available volume will be reduced, which will increase the working frequency of the air compressor;
This is detrimental to the loss of air compressor and user power!
Therefore, it is necessary to carry out drainage maintenance work on a regular basis according to the instructions of the manual or the labels on the product.
(It is recommended to drain once every three days to one week)
2. Replace the air intake filter
The air inlet filter muffler filter element has been used for a long time;
There will be dust and other particles blocking the filter holes;
If it is not replaced regularly, the air intake efficiency will be greatly reduced in the later stage;
Therefore, it is recommended that users decide the replacement cycle according to the amount of dust in the place of use;
It is generally recommended to replace it at least once every six months! (You can check the color of the filter element, the normal one should be bright yellow, if it becomes dark or black, replace it immediately)
3. Use Environment Check
The environment where the air compressor is used should be kept ventilated;
There should not be a large number of fine particles, dust, dust, etc. at the site of use;
The surroundings should be kept clean, and the items should not be placed in a disorderly manner to prevent potential safety hazards.
