Solution: Check the location of the oil leakage, determine the location of the oil leakage, replace/tighten the screws and apply glue or wrap the belt.
3. Oil channeling phenomenon.
a. There is oil leaking from the edge of the cylinder head, there is oil in the gas storage tank, too much oil is added, and the type of oil used is wrong. If the maintenance is not timely, the cylinder is pulled.
Solution:
a. Open the cylinder screw to check whether the piston ring is aligned.
b. Check the piston ring for wear.
c. Check the cylinder for strain.
4. Customers need to change the engine oil once a week, belt machine use: summer (L-DAA150) compressor oil. Winter (L-DAA100) compressor oil, No. 68 engine oil for direct-line machines.
5. The reason for air leakage and return air?
a. It leads to slow air supply, frequent start-up of work, waste of air source, and insufficient air consumption.

Solution:
a. Use a soapy water brush to find out where the air is leaking.

Reasons: a. The surface of the valve core (silica gel) inside the check valve has impurities or foreign objects or is uneven.
b. The pressure switch unloading valve is damaged.

a. Inspection method: Block the air intake hole with your hands, which is the position of the muffler. If there is gas coming out, it is blow-by.
b. It will lead to slow air supply speed, reaching a certain pressure and not being able to go up, burning the valve plate, increasing the temperature of the cylinder head, and shortening the life of the main engine
reason:
a. There are impurities under the valve plate, and the impurities cause a gap between the valve plate and the valve plate.
b. The use environment is too bad, impurities and dust enter.
c. Not installed properly.
Solution:
a. Check whether the valve plate is warped
b. Open the cylinder head to clean up the sundries and foreign objects under the valve plate.
