Nowadays, oil-free air compressors are favored by many consumers, among which oil-free air compressors have many unique features and advantages. In fact, oil-free air compressors contain no oil at all. What is truly oil-free is a completely oil-free air compressor. The air compressor lubricated with resin material is the real oil-free air compressor. Generally speaking, oil-free air compressors contain very little oil. So, what is the difference between an oil-free air compressor and an oil-filled air compressor?
The difference between an oil-free air compressor and an oil-filled air compressor:
1. Different materials: The oil-free air compressor itself does not contain oily substances, which avoids the pollution of the terminal equipment by the oil machine. The material of the oil-air compressor itself contains oily substances, which will pollute the terminal equipment.
2. Different service life: The oil-free air compressor adopts a heat-resistant piston, so that the bearing grease is no longer lost due to high-temperature conduction and radiation, which greatly prolongs the service life of the oil-free air compressor. The oil-air compressor has no heat-resistant piston, and the sealing grease is easy to lose, resulting in dry wear damage to the bearing, and the life of the oil-air compressor is short.
3. The working principle is different: the oil-free air compressor has no oil involved in the operation process, whether it is an oil-free piston machine or an oil-free screw machine, a large amount of high temperature will be generated during operation. If the air compressor oil is involved, the high temperature generated during the compression process of the air compressor will be taken away, thereby cooling the machine.
4. Different exhaust: oil-air compressors are lubricated with resin materials, and the final exhaust does not contain oil. Oil-air compressors are lubricated with oil, so the final discharge contains oil.
