2. Air circulation system

The air enters the primary compression after being automatically conditioned by the inlet guide vanes. Enter the central cooler to stop cooling (the water goes inside the pipe, the gas goes outside the pipe, the water flow request of the intercooler is 110m/h) and then enters the secondary compression system, in order to prevent the gas in the system from pouring into the compression chamber (to prevent pressure Start) There is a hanging full-open check valve installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes open the check valve and enters the exhaust muffler, and then enters the first-level aftercooler, the second-level aftercooler, and then enters the exhaust muffler. into the exhaust mains.
3. Water circulation system
The cooling water enters the central cooler of the air compressor through the pipeline to stop cooling and cooling the gas discharged from the first-stage compression, and then enters the after-cooler to stop cooling the exhaust gas. The other cooling water inlet pipeline passes through the two sets of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor. Cool the motor windings, and there is a way to stop cooling the oil cooler.
4. Power distribution system
The air compressor is powered by a 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV) with full voltage, and the control cabinet is an indoor communication, metal armored withdrawable switchgear. For the purpose of control, maintenance and monitoring, it has the function of "five defenses".
5. Screen maintenance system
The central signal equipment of the air compressor is divided into two types: accident signal and pre-announcement signal. The main task of the accident signal is to announce the sound signal in time when the circuit breaker trips in an accident, and make the corresponding circuit breaker light azimuth signal bright. The main task of the pre-announcement signal is to announce the sound signal instantaneously or in a delayed manner when an abnormal phenomenon occurs in the operating equipment, and to make the light plate show the content of the abnormal phenomenon.
