1. Adjust the operation mode of the air compressor

2. Properly adjust the environment and working conditions of the air compressor room

The solution is to increase the temperature in the air compressor chamber through some heat preservation measures, and control the flow of circulating water to 1/3 of the original, so as to reduce the cooling effect of the oil cooler, so as to ensure that the oil temperature will not be too low; every morning , Start the front plate of the air compressor to move the pulley 4 to 5 times, and the temperature of the lubricating oil will naturally rise through mechanical friction.
