How To Maintain Screw Air Compressor?

Jul 29, 2022

1. Daily maintenance:

1). Check the air filter and screw oil level;

2). Check all pipe joints for leakage;

3). For units equipped with air-water separators, the condensate discharge should be checked. If it is found that the discharge volume is too small or there is no condensate discharge, the water separator must be shut down to check;

4). Check the records, if the consumables are approaching the replacement cycle, they must be replaced;

5). Check the records. When the exhaust temperature of the main engine reaches or is close to 98℃, the oil cooler must be purged or cleaned;

6) Check the records. If the pressure difference of the oil and gas separator is found to be above 0.6BAR (limit 1BAR) or the pressure difference begins to decrease, the oil separator should be stopped and replaced;

2. Monthly maintenance:

1). Check the surface of the oil cooler and purge or clean it in time;

2). Check all wire connections and tighten them;

3). Check the contacts of the AC contactor;

4). Check the belt tension and degree of wear;

5). Clean the gas-water separator;

6). Clean the dust on the surface of the motor suction port and the surface of the housing.

3. Quarterly maintenance:

1). Grease the main motor;

2). Replace the screw oil;

3). Replace the oil filter;

4). Clean the oil cooler;

5). Clean the main motor and fan motor;

6). Check each sensor;

7). Check the minimum pressure valve.

4. Annual maintenance:

1). Replace the screw oil;

2).Replace the belt

3). Check the cooling fan;

4). Safety valve calibration (sent to the Labor Bureau designated unit for compulsory inspection).

5. Notice:
