DAERTUO Air compressor operation specification.
1. Check that all guards and safety accessories are in good condition before starting the air compressor, otherwise it is not allowed to drive.
2. Check whether the lubricating oil surface of the compressor meets the standard before starting.
3. Calibration of pressure gauge once a year, external inspection of storage tank and conduit joint once a year, internal inspection and hydrostatic strength test once every three years, and make detailed records. The working pressure and next test date should be indicated on the storage tank.
4. The safety valve of air compressor should be automatically started once a month and corrected once every six months, and sealed with lead.
5. When inspecting and repairing or maintaining Fusheng air compressor, care should be taken to avoid wood chips, iron chips, swabs, etc. falling into the cylinder, storage tank and duct of the air compressor.
6. The machine parts cleaned with diesel must run without load for 10 minutes before putting into normal work.
7. Do not carry out any maintenance and repair work when the compressor is in operation or under pressure.
8. Always pay attention to the change of the pressure gauge pointer during the operation of the compressor, and prohibit the machine from operating at a pressure exceeding the specified one.
9. If there is any abnormal sound, smell, vibration or malfunction during operation, stop and repair immediately before continuing to use.
10. Open the cooling water valve before driving the water-cooled air compressor, and then open the motor. If there is no cooling water or the water stops, stop the operation immediately.
11. Non-room operators are not allowed to enter the room, because the work needs, must be agreed by the relevant departments; air compressor room is not allowed to place flammable and explosive substances.
12. The remaining air in the storage tank should be released after the work is finished. The cooling water should be discharged in winter.
