What Should Be Noted in The Installation And Disassembly Of Oil-free Air Compressor?

Aug 29, 2022

In the process of installation and disassembly of oil-free air compressor, if you don't pay attention to the details, it may damage the spare parts of the equipment, so what matters should be noted in the installation and disassembly of oil-free air compressor?

I. Matters that should be noted in the installation of oil-free air compressor.

1. The oil-free air compressor must be placed on the floor or floor slab which is sufficient to bear the weight of the machine;

2. The level of the base of the oil-free compressor should be paid attention to;

3. Oil-free air compressors should be kept away from places with high humidity, such as not too close to cooling water towers or steam outlets;

4、Oil-free air compressor must keep enough space for maintenance and heat dissipation;

5、We advocate that the space around the oil-free air compressor should be at least 90cm. If the air compressor must be installed against a wall or corner due to site constraints, please contact the equipment supplier.

Second, oil-free air compressor disassembly should pay attention to the following matters.

1、When dismantling the bearings, seals and rotors of the oil-free air compressor, we must be careful and forbid knocking and collision to avoid damage to the whole machine;

2、Oil-free air compressors with the same shape should be numbered and grouped together, and the parts should be marked and kept in correspondence with each other, in order to prevent installation errors;

3, complete sets of machines, such as coupling bolts, floating ring sealing components, radial bearings, thrust bearings, etc., should be kept together;

4、No hammering or prying with iron bar is strictly forbidden to match with the stop surface and sealing surface of the oil-free air compressor, so as not to damage the processing surface;

5、After removing the radial bearing of oil-free air compressor, it is strictly prohibited to rotate or tamper the rotor to prevent the seal from being damaged;
