Air compressor heat recovery is a very environmentally friendly way to save energy.
The working principle of the heat energy recovery device: the high temperature oil of the air compressor transfers heat to the cooling water through the heat exchanger, and the cooling water is heated and then flows into the heat preservation water storage tank, so that the purpose of heat energy recovery can be achieved.
Conditions for the realization of heat recovery:
After the heat energy of the air compressor is recovered, the outlet water temperature can be controlled within the range of 40℃~75℃
At the same time, the oil temperature should be kept at 75-95°C, which is ideal between 80-90°C. Such a high oil temperature provides reliable conditions for heating the cooling water to 75°C.
Heat energy utilization:
When the temperature is lower, the water can be used for the life of the employees, such as showering;
When the temperature is higher, the water can be used to heat the water in the production line process.
The use of waste heat to recover the heat of the cooling water also reduces the load of the cooling tower cooling fan.
