Before the air compressor operation, the following issues should be noted.
1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the range of the scale, and check that the oil quantity in the oil injector should not be lower than the scale line value before the operation of the air compressor.
2. Check whether the moving parts are flexible, the coupling parts are fastened, the lubrication system is normal, and the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
3. Check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are intact and complete before operating the air compressor.
4. Check whether the exhaust pipeline is smooth.
5. Turn on the water source, open the water inlet valves and make the cooling water flow smoothly.
The air compressor operation should pay attention the first time after a long period of disuse before starting. You must check the pan, and pay attention to the impact, jamming or sound abnormalities, and other phenomena.
The machine must be started under no-load conditions, and after the no-load operation is normal, gradually make the air compressor enter the load operation.
After a normal operation, pay attention to the readings of various meters and adjust them at any time when operating the air compressor.
During the air compressor operation, we should check the following conditions:
1. whether the motor temperature is normal and whether the meter readings are within the specified range.
2. whether the sound of each machine is normal.
3. whether the suction valve cover is hot and whether the sound of the valve is normal.
4. Whether the safety protection equipment of the compressor is reliable.
After 2 hours of operation, the oil and water in the oil-water separator, intercooler, and after-cooler should be discharged once, and the oil and water in the wind storage barrel should be discharged once every shift.
Suppose the following conditions are found in the operation of the air compressor. In that case, we should stop it immediately to find out the reasons and be eliminated.
1、Lubricating oil or cooling water is finally cut off.
2、Sudden increase or decrease of water temperature.
3. Sudden increase in exhaust pressure and failure of safety valve.
