The equipment method of the gas storage tank:

1.First, prepare the air compressor and air storage tank.

Check the foundation of the concrete path. If the path is firm and level, use the wire rope to tie the equipment in the hoisting position. Hoist the equipment with a 25-ton crane, place it in the planned base position of the concrete path calibration, and fix it with the expansion screw.


2. Pipeline equipment for compressed air.

(1) Broken pipe: First, draw a line on the selected pipe according to the on-site surveying and mapping sketch, and break the pipe according to the line. Use a grinding wheel or hand saw to break the pipe.


Cutting the pipe with a grinding wheel: the pipe should be placed on the grinding wheel saw pliers, aligned with the drawing line, and clamped firmly. When cutting the pipe, the pressure on the handle should be even, and do not use too much force. Burr eradication cleans. Saw the pipe by hand: fix the pipe in the pressure clamp of the pressure case, align the saw blade with the drawn line, hold the saw with both hands,


The saw blade should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, the force of the push-pull saw should be uniform, and the saw edge should be sawed to the end, and it should not be allowed to twist or break to prevent the deformation of the pipe opening.


(2) Welded Connection of Pipes and Fittings: The connection length of pipes and fittings should not be greater than 6 meters in order to facilitate on-site construction equipment. The groove should be cut before the pipe is welded. The mechanical edge planing method can be used for groove processing. The oxygen-acetylene flame cutting method can be used on site.


Before welding the pipeline, the two axes should be centered, and the ends of the two pipes should be spot welded first. The diameter of the pipe should be less than 100mm, and 3 points should be spot welded, and the diameter of the pipe should be more than 150mm. After the pipeline is welded, it is necessary to conduct a visual inspection of the weld. After the inspection, the slag skin and flying objects that hindered the inspection should be cleaned up. The weld width should not exceed the edge of the groove by 2mm on each side. Overlay welding is prohibited. The weld shall not have defects such as cracks, pores, slag inclusions, etc. The depth of the bite shall not be greater than 0.5mm, and the length shall not be greater than 25mm. Defective welds must be completely eradicated and welded from scratch.


When welding the pipe and the flange, insert the pipe into the flange, spot weld 2-3 points first, and then use a square ruler to align and level before welding. The flange should be welded on both sides, and the inner weld should not be convex. out of the flange sealing surface. The flange is tightly connected and perpendicular to the center line of the pipe, and the size of the exposed nut of the bolt is not more than one-half of the diameter of the bolt.


After the pipes and fittings are welded, the equipment shall be carried out according to the requirements of the drawings. Tetrafluoroethylene gaskets shall be added between the flanges, the bolts on the flanges shall be gaskets, and 2-3 wires shall be exposed.
