1.Vacuum pump leak

Vacuum pump leakage is the most common problem of vacuum pump, mainly occurs in the oil window, oil tank gasket and motor bearing shaft seal of vacuum pump. Wait. There is an oil seal in the front of the motor shaft and an oil seal behind the oil seal, which will cause oil leakage due to aging. If the suction is full, the vacuum pump is leaking.

When this fault occurs, first check whether the vacuum pump itself has a slight leak. The second one turns on the pump, it takes about 30 minutes to discharge the compressed steam not caused by oil pollution. After discharge, check the valve of the oil supply system, clean the impeller, and see if the valve of the oil pipe is deformed or damaged, and the oil may be insufficient, check the oil supply system. 2. The vacuum pump cannot reach the optimum level.

When this happens, the vacuum pump system should be checked first for air leaks, secondly, it takes about 30 minutes for the pump to discharge the compressed vapor, which is caused by non-oil methylene contamination, which will reduce the Effect of compressing vapour under optimal vacuum.

The main reasons why a vacuum pump does not reach the optimum vacuum level are as follows: The oil of the pump must be changed. The oil filter is blocked, blocking the oil passage of the lubricating oil replenishment system, and there is not enough oil to seal the body.

The rotary vacuum of the rotary pump or the elastic force of the spring is insufficient, which makes the separation ability of the extraction chamber and the exhaust effect of the exhaust chamber worse, and the vacuum pump is pressure-dropped. Now the rotary propeller, spring and drum should be replaced. The pump chamber should be cleaned, and the exhaust valve should be checked to see if it is working properly, resulting in poor exhaust gas. If necessary, replace the exhaust valve.


3. The motor of the vacuum pump stops working during operation, because the pressure difference is too large, and the oil pollution is out of balance. If the initialization is not normal, it can be eliminated by stopping the use and checking the power supply. The circuit fault only needs to replace the electrical components.


4. If it enters the vacuum pump due to too much water in the cooler, pump the water pump into the vacuum pump, through a large amount of water refining, the steam is not cooled into the water and enters the vacuum pump where it can be observed. In the cooler, if the water level of the water pressure gauge is too high, it should be released in time, the vacuum pump should be cleaned, and the vacuum pump oil pump should be replaced to reduce the occurrence of such situations.
