(1) Before normal transmission, the vacuum pump should be tested once to check whether the vacuum vacuum pump has abnormal vibration and shock dynamics. The vacuum pump used should also determine the ultimate pressure of the vacuum pump, which should meet the technical standards. Under long-term operating conditions, the vacuum pump should not exceed 70 degrees. Determination of dry pumping speed. Drying is more complicated and usually not checked.
(2) Mechanical vacuum pumps that require cooling water. Before starting, cooling water should be passed through. The outlet temperature of cooling water should not exceed 30 degrees.
(3) The pipeline connecting the vacuum pump and the pumped system should be as short and thick as possible, and the inner diameter of the pipeline should generally not be smaller than the diameter of the dry vacuum pump inlet, so as to avoid the suction rate being affected by the resistance of the dry pipeline.
(4) Keep the studio clean and hygienic, which is beneficial to the health of the dry workers, and use a leather pipe to directly introduce the exhaust gas into the outdoors.
(5) When the vacuum pump is not operated for a long time or the ambient temperature is low, it may cause difficulty in starting. At this time, the suction port of the vacuum pump should be evacuated to the atmosphere, and the pulley should rotate with the wind. The oil stored in the cavity will drain into the fuel tank and can be started. If this is not possible, the vacuum pump can be heated directly by radiant heating or infrared lamps until the dynamic stops.
(6) Before use, please check whether the mechanical vacuum pump oil is at the oil mark line of the window. In conclusion, it is necessary to check the direction of rotation of the motor pulley. The observer faces the pulley. The pulley should rotate clockwise. If the direction of rotation is reversed, the two-phase connectors in the phase power supply can be swapped. Otherwise, the rotary vane vacuum pump will not play a pumping role, but will pump the oil and atmosphere of the vacuum pump into the pumping system, causing serious pollution.
(7) After the operation is completed, the high vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the low vacuum valve should be closed. The rotary vane vacuum pump is then stopped and then bleed (e.g., automatically using a solenoid vacuum belt bleed valve) to avoid oil backflow into the vacuum system, ultimately cutting off mains power. Water stopped.
(8) Be careful to avoid solid substances (metal chips, glass fragments, etc.) falling into the vacuum pump and scratching the moving parts of the vacuum pump. When the vacuum pump has been stopped for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and clean environment, and the exhaust port should be blocked to prevent dust from falling into it.
(9) When disassembling, cleaning and installing the mechanical vacuum pump, care must be taken not to damage the sealing surface and not to lose the screws. Wash and dry the parts to be air-dried. (The temperature should not be too high, and the time should not be too long. Wipe the walls of the vacuum pump during installation. A small amount of grease should be used to eliminate dead spots as much as possible.
