  1. As the main pump in the system

    A foreline pump is a vacuum pump used to keep the foreline pressure of another pump below its foreline pressure.

For this reason, an auxiliary backing pump with a small pumping rate is additionally equipped in the vacuum system to maintain the normal operation of the main pump or a vacuum pump that maintains the high pressure required by the empty container.

    Rough and low vacuum pumps refer to vacuum pumps that start from the atmosphere and work in the field of low vacuum or rough vacuum pressure after losing the pressure of the pumped container.

    A high vacuum pump refers to a vacuum pump that works in the high vacuum field. 


  7. Ultra-high vacuum pump
    The ultra-high vacuum pump refers to the vacuum pump that works in the ultra-high vacuum field. 


  8. Booster pumps 
    The booster pump usually refers to the vacuum pump that works between the low vacuum pump and the high vacuum pump to improve the pumping capacity of the pumping system in the field of central pressure or to reduce the pumping speed of the backing pump.
