1. Check the wiring

2. Check the host
If the main engine is soaked in water, first open the intake valve, then open the rotor, clean out the internal silt and sand, such as gears, bearings, gear shafts, shaft seals, oil seals, shaft sleeves and other parts, and replace them with new lubricating oil Thoroughly discharge the impurities, pay special attention to the rotor must be cleaned, and ensure accurate alignment when reassembling.

3. Check the oil drum
Check whether the sealing screw of the filling hole of the oil barrel is damaged. If the sealing screw is damaged, sewage may enter the oil barrel. At this time, the top cover needs to be opened to clean the dirt, and the oil separator should be replaced again. Check the one-way valve, minimum pressure valve, drain valve, oil return pipe and tighten them.

4. Check electrical components
If electrical components such as transformers, frequency converters, and controllers are soaked in water, the fully-sealed electrical components usually only need to clean the surface impurities. If there are break-in electronic components in the semi-sealed type, after cleaning the impurities, use alcohol to wipe the circuit panel After cleaning the components, dry them with a hot hair dryer, pay attention to the complete reassembly, check the safety, and then start the operation. Open the AC contactor to check the contact and insulation conditions, and replace it in time if there is any problem.

5. Check the motor
If the motor is soaked in water, disassemble the motor to clean the sewage and impurities, and dry it with hot air. After drying, use a shaker to check the resistance of the coil. If it is more than 50 megohms, it is qualified. Before assembling the motor, check the front and rear motor bearings. Remove the original grease and refill with butter (or directly replace the bearing with a new one according to the site conditions).

6. Replace the new three filters and lubricating oil
